Device list that can be a Matter controller

TIPS: Matter-certified controller (HomePod, Echo, Nest, SmartThings Hub) is required to control Matter bulb in Apple Home/Alexa/Google Home/SmartThings platforms. Alternatively, you can control the bulb directly in AiDot app platforms without the need for a separate hub.

When adding the device for the first time, it says the device cannot be found.

Please power on the device again and confirm that it is in factory reset state. Also, make sure Bluetooth is turned on.

Device addition fails.

If you’re experiencing device addition failure, ensure that the phone using the app is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi and that your hub is connected to the same router. You can try resolving this issue by restarting the hub, app, or phone.

After adding the device, it shows as offline.

The device may show as offline due to an unstable network connection. You can try manually refreshing to resolve the issue.

When adding the device via a third-party app, scanning the code prompts an error or no response.

Please check if the app version meets the minimum requirements stated on the page.
