Why can’t it be sealed?

1. Check for any dirty or liquid on the bottle mouth and lid. If there is water or debris at the mouth of the bottle, the mason jar sealer will not be able to seal.

2. Check whether the jar is too full, please make sure that the food does not exceed the thread line to get a better sealing effect.

3. When using, check whether the sealer is pressed to the bottom, if you are not sure, please try to align and press again until the sealer is pressed to the bottom.

4. Check if the sealing rubber rings are offset. If offset, please install it properly and try again.
