Suggestions: The air flow vest uses a denim hybrid material that makes the product machine washer friendly. This material is made for light to medium workouts. This can be used during heavy workouts, but you will see slight cosmetic damages which is normal wear and tear. For heavy and more rigorous workouts we would highly recommend our MIR Short Vest. Using 1200 D-Nylon, this vest can not be machine washed but is designed to handle more of the harder workouts.
