Is the QQH portable monitor compatibile to iPhone 15?

Yes, Z12-2 monitor can connect to iPhone 15 series with single cable [USB-C to USB-C cable] PS:No support original iPhone USB-C Charge Cable

If your iphone is old version, you need a “Lightning to HDMI adapter” [NOT INCLUDED]

Why it will show “No Signal” when connect with [Mini HDMI to HDMI Cable]?

Connect with Mini HDMI Port must have an extra power supply to monitor.

Z12-2 monitor doesn’t built-in battery, USB C Port can support power supply and video output, so it can plug & play. HDMI just supports video output.

Wake it up- try to set Mode.

Why it will show “No Signal” OR “Power saving” when connect with [USB C to USB C Cable]?

1. Most USB Type-C ports can work with a QQH monitor, pls make sure it supports video output, not just data transmission.

2. PC or Phone with a “”Low Battery”” can’t hold the monitor.

3. If something is damaged with Cable/Port, Pls tell us.

Does it Support Bluetooth, Wireless, Wifi, and App Download?

1. Do not support Bluetooth, wireless, and wifi connections. Not Built-in battery. Not Touchscreen. No APP, No Driver Download.

2. The Bluetooth keyboard and mouse need to be connected through the phone/laptop first to control the QQH monitor.

How to Check my Devices Compatible?

1. Make sure your laptop/pc with at less one video transmission port. Such as Full-Function USB Type C [ 3.1/3.2 or newest], HDMI, Mini DP, DP, VGA, All Thunderbolt [3/4 Plug, play].
