How to Install Home Security Camera？

1.Download the “O-KAM Pro” App on the App Store or Google Play; Sign up for a Free account.

2.Plug in and wait for the camera to start.

3.Click the ‘+’ icon on the APP Home page and choose the ‘Wireless camera’.

4.Click the bottom “Next” and enter the correct wifi information.

5.Scan the QR Code on the App at the appropriate distance, after hearing the beep sound, click the button and Wait about 20 seconds, the set up is finished.

Why can’t my camera connect to the Internet?

1. whether the machine is powered on, whether the blue light is flashing, whether the machine voice prompts please use the APP to configure WiFi (if there is no prompt, please restore the camera);

2. Confirm whether the wifi password is correct

3. Wifi password should not have special characters (e.g. . , @ & *, etc.);

4. Check your WiFi type, some cameras only support 2.4G wifi.

5. The green light of the machine’s power-on indicator is always on, which proves that the machine has not burned UID and needs to replace the machine.

Why does my security camera drop out so often?

1. check whether the device is energized;

2. check whether the WIFI network is normal;

3. Provide the ID of the device;
