How to install the portable door lock:

Step 1

Insert the metal bend part piece into the slot of the door lock.

Step 2

Tighten the scew to attach to the door face.

Step 3

Tighten the nut to make the both side wings to attache the door evenly.

Step 4

Double check if it is well installed.

How to release portable door lock:

Step 1

Loosen the nut until the wing’s position released.

Step 2

Unitl the wing is in same position as the door gap, you can start to open the door, loosen the nut more if necessary.

Step 3

Open the door.

(If your door can not be open freely by half release the lock, then just release the “lock wing” completely to open the door.
